How to Brew

Place 1 pyramid tea bag into your favourite cup. 
Pour 200 ml of freshly heated water (approximately 90–95°C). 
Steep for 3–5 minutes. 
Remove the tea bag and enjoy warm. 
Suggested Serving: Enjoy 1–2 cups daily as part of a balanced lifestyle.
