Ingredients

Holy Basil (Tulsi) (Ocimum sanctum) 
Turmeric (Curcuma longa) 
Green Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) 
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) 
Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 
Guggul Resin (Commiphora mukul) 
Clove (Syzygium aromaticum) 
Peppermint (Mentha × piperita) 

How to Brew

Place 1 tea bag in your favourite cup. 
Pour 200 ml of freshly heated water (approximately 95°C). 
Steep for 3–5 minutes. 
Remove the tea bag and enjoy warm. 
Optional: Add a little honey or a slice of lemon to suit your taste.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. 
Keep the pouch sealed after opening to preserve freshness and aroma. 
Best enjoyed before the recommended best-before date.
